However, there were issues with TV service in one of the rooms, and the front desk staff could improve in their customer service interactions. Breakfast options could also be more varied to enhance the guest experience further.

Recommend it for families
The staff went above and beyond, felt like family , especially at breakfast when they asked how my kids were doing. The pool area was clean and relaxing, just what we needed after a busy day.
It wasn't cheap but was still acceptable.

We had an awesome time! The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Artisan Market and the historic downtown. Unfortunately, our TV in the extra room wasn't working, and when we called the front desk for help, the response was pretty unhelpful. We were given an 800 number to call, which wasn't great.
